General

What does Rotex Integrated Business Ltd do?
We are an international trading, importation and distribution company operating across three divisions: Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, and International Trading & Distribution — connecting global products to African markets.
Where is Rotex located?
Our West Africa headquarters is in Akowanjo, Lagos, Nigeria, and our European office is in Göteborg, Sweden. This dual presence lets us manage sourcing and distribution from both ends of the supply chain.
Which markets does Rotex serve?
We primarily serve Nigeria and West Africa, with active trade relationships across Ghana, Benin Republic, Togo and Côte d'Ivoire, sourced through our European and international supplier network.

Ordering & Quotes

How do I request a quote?
Use the Request a Quote page to tell us which division and products you're interested in, along with quantity and destination. Our trade team responds with pricing and lead time, usually within 1–2 business days.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by division and product — pharmaceutical orders typically involve container-level quantities, while food & beverage orders can be smaller. Tell us your volume in the quote form and we'll advise what's feasible.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms are agreed per contract and typically involve a deposit against pro-forma invoice with balance on shipment or delivery, depending on order size and relationship history. Terms are confirmed during quoting.

Shipping & Logistics

How long does shipping take?
Sea freight from Europe to Lagos typically takes 3–6 weeks depending on the origin port and customs processing; air freight for urgent pharmaceutical or parts orders can arrive in days. Exact timelines are shared with every quote.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. Our Import & Export & Distribution division manages documentation, customs clearance and last-mile delivery so you receive cleared goods, not just a shipment on a dock.

Divisions

Are your pharmaceutical imports regulator-compliant?
All pharmaceutical and healthcare imports follow required regulatory documentation and storage standards in both origin and destination countries, handled by our compliance-focused Pharmaceuticals division.
