Standard terms are agreed per contract and typically involve a deposit against pro-forma invoice with balance on shipment or delivery, depending on order size and relationship history. Terms are confirmed during quoting.

Sea freight from Europe to Lagos typically takes 3–6 weeks depending on the origin port and customs processing; air freight for urgent pharmaceutical or parts orders can arrive in days. Exact timelines are shared with every quote.

Yes. Our Import & Export & Distribution division manages documentation, customs clearance and last-mile delivery so you receive cleared goods, not just a shipment on a dock.

All pharmaceutical and healthcare imports follow required regulatory documentation and storage standards in both origin and destination countries, handled by our compliance-focused Pharmaceuticals division.
